Kevin made sure I would have a loaner car while my car was being worked on. I like how the service technician (thanks Bo) drove with us to be clear about the noises that I was concerned about. One issue was cleared up easily and didn't require attention. The other was less apparent but diagnostics by the service team identified the problem. I was pleased to discover the issue had been resolved when I picked up the car two days later. It was discouraging to hear that the prices have gone up yet again for an oil change. However, I was offered a small discount and the in and out time was less than 45 minutes, its usually an hour min. Recall issues take a long time as well. Wrapping on a high note is that's it's always great to see and work with Kevin.

Overall very happy with my purchase. As with any used car I am sure there were som issues known about that were not disclosed to me. Carfax was clean, drives/ looks great, so I went for it. Would consider buying from Brent and Salem Mercedes/ Acura again.
Whenever I think about buying a different car, I always think about this dealership and how great they have made my experience of owning an Acura. This dealership does everything right and they treat you like a person that they care about. As I have mentioned in previous reviews, I drive 45 miles each way from the Portland area to get my car serviced by Salem Acura.
