I had just ordered one from him that I would not get until August and then I crashed my current car the very next day and totaled it so I would not have a car to drive for nearly 5 months waiting on them to build mine. It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with an automotive company service department who cares about their customer. Although I have only one instance to reference, the care provided only exists in an environment where the customer matters and has high priority.
I took my RDX to Kevin to get some warranty work done. They were wonderful with giving me a loaner and having my care ready before expected. The car came back clean and the problem solved. I will highly recommend this Acura Service Department.

I'm very Happy to have found a Great Place to take care of my Acura RDX. Kevin and everyone could not have been nicer. They got my Car done early and answered any concerns I had. Kevin made me aware of a problem with my Radio System and made an appointment where Acura will pay to have it corrected.

We called about a car they had on sure and was informed it would be washed and ready for a test drive as soon as we got there! We have purchased a lightly used RDX and a MB SUV and had cars serviced here over eight years . My wife and I have become seniors over this interval . We have been well treated by all … and I mean ALL who have been our supporters . Surprising but true. The vehicles have been serviced cleaned and watched over equally well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had an AWD light come on a couple of times. Checked with Kevin and he recommended keeping track. It came on more frequently, so they did a transmission service that was due and a diagnostic on the differential. It turned out to be a bubble in the line, an easy fix, and I am pleased with the service.
