Mike Harder and Bernardo were great to work with about the cost of the car and details about the financing. As I was leaving I got locked in by other customers..she noticed my situation and immediately got keys and moved a car so I could depart.. I appreciated that extra measure of customer service!

My experience with Acura/Mercedes of Salem was smooth and painless. They were very helpful, I went in knowing what I wanted and they didn't try to sale Mr anything unnecessary. Cyndy has still been checking in after I purchased my vehicle and Jeff in finance was very knowledgeable and had my best interest when it came to getting the lowest rate. Overall they were friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend.
